Trivia: C. Krishnaveni was seen as a child artiste in this film. Her first film as child artiste was 'Anasuya' (1936). After completing the film she came back to her native village Rajamundry. Then CSR Anjaneyulu took her to Madras for the film Tukaram (1937) that was being produced by Star Combines under the direction of M.L.Tandon. That film didn't succeed much. It was average, and that same year she did 'Mohini Rukmangada' (1937).
