Trivia:  This was first Telugu film, celebrated silver jubilee in 3 centers. It had a 100-day run in 17 centers and had a 200-day run in Vijayawada.
It made in Tamil as 'Kaalam Maari Pochu' (1956) with Gemini Ganesan and Anjali Devi.
SD Burman used the tune of 'Yeruvaaka saagaaro' in the movie 'Bombai Ka Babu'.
The 'Yeruvaaka' song was shot on Vaheeda Rahman, who got to fame with that.
In the editors duo Tilak was none other than famous director KB Tilak. Earlier he worked as editor along with Rajan, before becoming a director. He did editing with Rajan for the films 'Rojulu Marayi', 'Mantradandam', 'Suvarna Mala', 'Radhika', 'Dharmangada' etc.
