Trivia: Kantha Rao started the banner Hema Films on the name of his wife Hema.
In this film, all the main characters had Ragas names. Hero is Sarangudu. Jayanthi is the heroine. Deva Manohari is second heroine. Villain is first Abheri and then Kadana Katoohaludu. Saveri is the comedian and his lady is Kharahara Priya. And also two hills are Rushabha and Gandhara. All these names represents to the Ragas.
